Growdash Tech Solutions DMCC (“Growdash”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy governs your use of the Growdash platform, including our website, dashboard, and all associated tools and services (collectively, the “Services”).
 This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Growdash Tech Solutions DMCC is the data controller for personal data processed under this Policy.

If you are located in the EU or UK, and we are subject to the GDPR, Growdash has appointed a representative under Article 27 of the GDPR:

C. Third-Party Integrations

  • Aggregator data (e.g., Talabat, Deliveroo) based on your explicit authorization

We do not collect any special categories of data (e.g., health, biometric, religious).

  • Anonymized Data: Retained indefinitely
     
  • Secure Deletion: Performed through irreversible erasure techniques upon expiration
